I looked around last minute for gifts for my wife and I and though that a new bath robe would be perfect for our Cotton Anniversary. I ordered with some embroidery and expected them to arrive after the weekend of our anniversary. The service was brilliant! The robes came the very next day, which I was HUGELY surprised at, but so please. All wrapped and ready for our weekend away.
They are so very fluffy and amazing to just lounge around in and to snuggle into. Very warm also. Our olds ones went straight into the bin. I cannot fault Towelsoft at all. From ordering to deliver, 5 stars all the way!

Great for a hen do. I ordered these slippers for my 'pre-wedding celebration' at a spa and am very pleased with my order. They came in super-quick time and the embroidery is impressive, better quality than I expected. The slippers themselves have quite sturdy soles as well and I had expected something more flimsy. "I rarely do reviews but I was so delighted with the bathrobes I bought as gifts, and the service I got, that I wanted to give 5 stars. Once Towelsoft had recieved my order they telephoned me as the way I had typed what I wanted to be embroidered on the robes wouldn't have looked good, according to the PERSON doing the embroidery, so they suggested a far better alternative. I had thought things like this were all computerised so having the personal touch made all the difference. The robes arrived promptly, very well packaged and the quality of the material and the embroidery was excellent. The material is luxurious and really soft. First class top quality service, I can't recommend these guys enough. A few more of my family and friends will be getting personalised robes for gifts now."

"Isn't it funny how the simplest of touches can make all the difference to an experience. We recently stayed at the fabulous Rhinefield House Hotel in The New Forest, over a Friday and Saturday night. I am pretty sure the hotel is a 4 star although you would be forgiven for thinking it was a 5+ star hotel. One of the 'little' touches that made for our luxurious stay were, believe it or not, the towels. They were provided by this company, albeit, their 'sister' company who provide to the trade. I can honestly say that I have stayed in many luxurious hotels the world over and I can equally honestly say that I have never, ever, until now, felt a towel so super soft, super absorbing and luxurious feeling as those in the 'BC Softwear Sumptuous' collection. Both of us agreed that they were the Best towels we had ever used. I even went so far as to take a photo of the manufacturers label with a view to hunt them down on the internet when we got home to see if we could purchase some for ourselves. It wasn't just the towels though. The Sumptuous collection extended to the Face Cloths and the Bath Mats and both these too, felt luxurious, really, because they were luxurious! As soon as I got home I got straight on the internet to hunt them down. Very easy to find! A link in the top right corner of their website takes you to their 'sister' retail site, where I placed my order. Given the sheer luxury of the towels we had experienced, which were from their 'Sumptuous' range (though they do have other ranges) I was absolutely amazed at the price they were asking. Their prices are unbelievable and out of this world. I have paid a lot more for towels in the past that were marketed as luxurious but were no where near the standard of these fine towels. I'd only wish I had known about this company before now! What is great, is that they offer an embroidery service too, which we decided to have and the price for this additional service was very fair also. I ordered 2 special bundles and 2 bath mats, a kind of 'his and hers' thing and got all of the items embroidered. The quality of the embroidery is on equal balance to the quality of the towels and is second to none. The service we received is nothing short of exceptional on all counts. I ordered the aforementioned products all at the same time with my range embroidered in Navy Blue and hers in Baby Pink. I considered that this may take some time and so I did not plump for the 'express' service but instead just went for the 'standard' postal service, thinking I might receive them in a week or so time. I put my order in at around about 2045 on that same Sunday evening. I could not believe my eyes when I received an email the very next day, i.e. Monday, updating me that my order had been prepared and dispatched. I then amazingly received another update by both a 'text' message and an email telling me that my order was going to be delivered on Tuesday morning. They used 'Interlink' to send the item, who updated me frequently with the progress of the item by text but also gave me the choice to change the delivery date/time to suit me. I took delivery of my towels on Tuesday afternoon as I arranged with the delivery driver to do so. 12 items in all, in 1 big box. When I opened the box, the items were presented nicely folded and tied with a bow. By the way, you are given the option to have them 'gift wrapped' during the order process. I chose not to as they were only for us but another example of the superb level of service this company provides. Inside the box there were also 'care' instructions, i.e. indicating washing them before use, which I suggest is a good idea to get all the new lint off them. So from ordering them at 2045 on Sunday evening, I received the whole order on Tuesday afternoon, although it could have been Tuesday morning AND they were all embroidered. This company and their SUMPTUOUS range of towels are phenomenal! The customer service is second to none. My experience of both, words alone cannot do justice in describing. If I were pushed to provide any criticism, it could only be, Why on earth have I never known of you before now? You guys should really invest in some further marketing because with your exceptional product and your extremely affordable prices, I am surprised you are not a well known brand everywhere!!! If I were thinking of a job change, I would have pleasure in marketing the Sumptuous range alone for you! I am so impressed with the service and quality of the product that I have promised to buy my brother and his wife to be a whole load of products from the Sumptuous range as their wedding gift - you can't get a better endorsement than that!!!! If you have read this long review and are still unsure as to whether to buy from this company or not, then seriously, you need your head examining. The best purchase of this type of product, I have ever made. I thoroughly recommend you! Roll on the Wedding, Birthday's and Christmas, I know what my friends and family will be getting!!! "

"Had seen the Serenity range in my local spa and desperately wanted them. Just started my massage business and needed a decent supply of large towels. I opted for these instead of the Serenity to save a bit of money. They are lovely quality, the waffle design makes them look luxurious and the bath sheet is large enough to cover a couch. I have washed and tumble dried them and they've come out really nice. The cream is quite bright, almost like a buttermilk colour but I don't have a problem with that, I'm saving up to order some more as our family towels now! The service was great too; ordered Thursday afternoon and they arrived Friday, thanks!"
