The Healthy Bathrobe is one of our most popular bathrobes being sold into Hotel and Spas around the UK and Europe. Although this bathrobe is slightly lighter than other traditional towelling robes at 350gsm, the absorbency has not been compromised. This is due to the unique waffle pattern which reduces the weight, but maintains the absorbency. For standard delivery within the Mainland UK, we charge up to £7.95 including VAT Please allow up to 3 working days for any non-personalised items to be dispatched. You will receive an email saying your order has been dispatched.
During peak times, orders may take longer than expected to be processed with our couriers. Please check back with their tracking system with the tracking number (if applicable) to be updated on its status. Although we aim to have all personalised items dispatched as soon as possible, during peak times there may be a delay. Please allow up to 8 working days. If you have a day you need personalised items by please contact us where we can advise a more accurate lead time.
We offer free standard delivery within Mainland UK on all orders over £75. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
The Next Day service is only available on non-personalised items. Any orders with personalisation will be processed quicker than standard delivery, but please allow up to 3 working days for personalised orders to be dispatched with Next Day delivery selected. All Next Day orders must be ordered by 12:00 pm Mid-Day, Monday - Friday to guarantee delivery for the next working day.
We do not offer a Saturday delivery as standard, but we are able to arrange for a Saturday delivery if needed. Saturday deliveries will have an extra charge on top of your standard delivery charge. Please call us on 01628 642 941 if you require a Saturday delivery.

We offer a free of charge collection service from our Maidenhead warehouse. Once your order has been processed, we will email or call to let you know your order is ready. Please collect by 4pm on any working day.
Standard Returns: We hope you will be happy with your order, but you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you ordered personalised items which unfortunately, we cannot accept back.
Christmas Returns: We have extended our Christmas returns for non embroidered only items to the 31st January 2021.
Personalised items will not be accepted back unless the garment is faulty.
Should you cancel the contract we will then refund once the goods have been received back with us. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this 14 day cancellation period by email, telephone or letter.
You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in a saleable, unwashed and in an unused condition. We can arrange collection charged at £10, but would recommend returning at your expense, as this is often cheaper than our courier service. We would also recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail. Please return the item in its original packaging and include the complete returns note with your order reference, name, item and reason code. Any item which doesn’t come with an enclosed reference will be held until we are contacted as we will be unable to pinpoint who has returned the item.
