Returns

We hope you will be happy with your order, but you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. This will apply to your order unless you ordered personalised items which unfortunately we cannot accept back.

Personalised items will not be accepted back unless the garment is faulty.

Should you cancel the contract we will then refund once the goods have been received back with us. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this 14 day cancellation period by email, telephone or letter.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in a saleable, unwashed and in an unused condition. We can arrange collection charged at £10, but would recommend returning at your expense, as this is often cheaper than our courier service. We would also recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.  Please return the item in its original packaging and include your email confirmation with your returned item as reference of the order and an explanation of the reason for the return. Any item which doesn’t come with an enclosed reference will be held until contacted as we will be unable to pinpoint who has returned their item.

Opening Hours

As our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm excluding bank holidays, orders and returns will be processed during these hours. Any orders placed or enquiries sent in over on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
