Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. We will charge your credit or debit card before dispatching your order.


We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver to mainland UK properties within 3 working days. For Next Day delivery, orders need to be placed before 12:00 noon for next working day delivery to be guaranteed (this does not include personalised items which may take up to 3 days). Please contact us if the delivery is outside the mainland UK. Delivery costs for normal delivery within mainland UK, we charge £6.95 (including VAT), and for any orders that weigh a total of 1 kilo or less the price will £4.95 (including VAT) - please allow up to 5 days for any items to be sent. For order value of £100.00 including VAT and over, delivery is free of charge to delivery addresses within the UK Mainland.

For next day delivery, please choose Next Day delivery which costs £8.95. Orders will be delivered on the next available working day, and is only guaranteed if ordered before 12:00 noon.


All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation or returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund excluding delivery. This will apply to your order unless your goods have been personalised. Should you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email, telephone or letter. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned in saleable, unwashed and in an unused condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Should you order, details of this right will be sent to you with your confirmatory e-mail.

Opening Hours

As our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, orders and returns will be processed during these hours. Any orders placed or enquiries sent in over on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
